Our purpose as members of this local body is to reconcile people to God through a relationship with Jesus Christ and membership in His family, train them up to live a Godly life, equip them for their ministry, and send them out to evangelize the world in order to magnify God’s name.

Anointed Word Church is a multi-cultured, non-denominational ministry operating under the covering of AFCM- Association of Faith Churches and Ministries – Apostle Jim Kaseman, Wilmar, MN.

AWC was established in 1990 by Pastor Roy and his late wife Sandi Hayes with a mandate from God to teach people how to effectively use the Word of God and faith in their everyday lives.

Today, Pastor Roy, First Lady Breena Hayes along with the body of AWC is the bridge for a lost world to see Jesus.

AWC Leaders

In October 1987, Pastors Roy and his late wife Sandi started with a new church in the Tampa Bay

Area, where they were members for two years and ten months, presiding over the

Victory Services. Becoming an Associate Pastor, on staff full time, Pastor Roy was

responsible for Pastoral Care and Visitations.

It was during this time that Pastor Roy and Sandi were licensed in March, 1988 and

ordained in October, 1988 by Apostle Jim Kaseman through AFCM — Association of

Faith Churches and Ministries. In 1990, Pastor Roy was called to start Anointed Word Church in West Tampa, our first service was October 7, 1990.

Today, Pastor Roy along with Executive Leadership team and Ministry Partners

continues to carry out the vision of “Teaching People How to Renew their Minds to Live

Victoriously By Grace, Through Faith”

OUR PASTORS

What We Believe

● In one God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.

● That the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit,

born of the Virgin Mary.

● Was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven.

● Is now seated at the right had of God the Father and is true God and True man.

● The Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and

conduct.

● In the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment

of the lost.

● In personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

● In sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit.

● We believe in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.

● In divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in the

Redemption.

● In water baptism, in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth.

● In speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4).

● In the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit and that all of these are

available to believers.

● In the Christian’s hope – the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
